1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CoreMarkdown (coremarkdown.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. 100% User Content Ownership

You retain complete, unrestricted ownership and all copyright/intellectual property rights to all Markdown text, mathematics, diagrams, code blocks, and documents you author, edit, or export using CoreMarkdown.

CoreMarkdown claims zero rights, licenses, or ownership over your content. Because your documents are processed client-side in your browser, we never copy, index, or redistribute your work.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

CoreMarkdown is provided free of charge for personal, educational, research, and commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any manner that attempts to disrupt, overburden, or impair the website's infrastructure.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer malicious payloads into the client-side parsing pipeline.
  • Use the service for any unlawful or malicious activities.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoreMarkdown is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum stability and 100% browser compatibility, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that local browser storage will never be cleared by browser settings.

We strongly advise users to regularly export and back up critical documents to local disk or remote Git repositories.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoreMarkdown, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service or loss of locally cached data.
